About

LACEY is a life design and curation brand, founded by Lacey Schwartz Delgado.

LACEY puts the fun in functionality and embraces the power of process. We are for people what interior designers are for homes.

LACEY shares products, services, tools, and stories that help you find agency and make informed choices on how to live life so you can enjoy it.

    • We love achieving our goals, but we like enjoying the process more.

    • We look at the whole person: all the different parts of who you are and the layers that make up your life.

    • We know you will go through many phases of your life and your lifestyle needs to change with you.

    • We value connection, community, and identity.

    • We embrace the messiness of life and believe it can be transformative.

    • Being vulnerable can be uncomfortable, but you cannot grow without it.

    • We take a tech balance approach - we appreciate tech, but know when to turn it off.

    • We believe easier isn’t synonymous with better.

    • Access to tools to live your best life should be for everyone so a percentage of all proceeds go to scholarships for services and products for those who cannot afford them.

  • Lacey Schwartz Delgado is a force of nature, truth-teller, visionary, Harvard-educated lawyer, Emmy-nominated storyteller, political spouse and mother of identical twins.

Lacey has been described by those who knew her best as “fun in a bottle,” the “ultimate wing woman,” and a “sorority of her own design.”

Lacey is also a community builder who has the ability to make everyone feel like the coolest version of themselves.

    More on Lacey Schwartz Delgado.

  • My whole life I have been obsessed with finding ways to curate my ideal life.  I got my first filing cabinet, which I still have, at age 5. I designed my life around the tons of organizational books and systems I consumed in my 20s.

But that didn’t stop my life from getting complicated.

Ten years ago I completed a process of uncovering a huge family secret about my paternity and race and learning to live with my dual identity of being Black and Jewish. I made a personal documentary following the experience. It was cathartic and freed me to start my own family.

But then, my life changed again.

Shortly after having identical twin boys, my husband and I made the decision to move back home for him to run for elected office. I believed deeply in being a family of public service, but, if I am honest, I was miserable. I felt like I wasn’t living my purpose outside of my husband’s work I wasn’t having fun or when I was I felt like I wasn’t staying organized, healthy, financially responsible or being there for my family.

The methods I followed when I was younger (ie Getting Things Done, Franklin Covey) didn’t feel like they understood all the complexities of modern life, technological advancements, and everything I now have going on.   And I found myself searching for products and tools that would make my life better.

I realized I wanted to create a company for what I wanted on my toughest days.

LACEY incorporates everything I have learned from dealing with complex family issues, political scheduling, an increasingly digital world, and all of life’s challenges and designs fun and functional products, tools, services and stories.
